Profile

My name is Kenny Addison and I’m a professional coach, leader, and most of all a husband and a father. I love seeing people achieve things they didn't think possible or achieving goals that they set themselves but needed a helping hand along the way. The potential in people is insane, it's just sometimes, people don't know how far they can go with just the simplest of tools in their toolbox. I enjoy being in the 'thick of it' with people and seeing and appreciating their success when they achieve the goals they set. 

2007-Today

For the past several years, I have worked in and with organisations across New Zealand & Australia in both Business and Sports organisation. I have grown in these organisations and worked hard to focus on my coaching, mentoring and leadership skills. My passion for Sport and Rugby especially, has allowed me to combine all that I have learned in both business and sports teams.

Skills

In addition to coaching, I have developed my Leadership and Management skills and my interest in people has always been at the forefront of my thoughts. Coaching is in my blood, and whenever I encounter a new opportunity to work with people, teams or organisations that interest me, I explore them to their roots.
